We require a contract to be signed & 50% to book & secure your date & rentals.
We require your final numbers 2 weeks before the wedding date, after that time frame you will be billed for the qty on the contract.
Your balance will be due upon pick-up.
Upon pick-up we require a major Credit Card on file for incidentals & a rental agreement to be signed. Without a Major Credit Card on file your rental items will not be released from our showroom.
You will be responsible for the rental items in your rental time period, if there is any damage or loss there will be charges applied to your credit card according to the rental agreement.
Pick-ups will be arranged for Fridays & drop-off's will be on Mondays after the wedding unless Monday falls on a holiday weekend then drop-off will be on Tuesday.
